Our Team
Louise Peffer founded Keep Moving Health Group in 2008 after starting her career in a rehabilitation hospital, where she witnessed the profound impact of physiotherapy in assisting individuals in their recovery following surgery and illness. Recognising the limitations of traditional healthcare settings for some patients, Louise pioneered Keep Moving Physiotherapy, one of Sydney's first solely mobile practices, to bring therapy directly to those in need.
Evolving to meet the increasing demand for multidisciplinary allied health services in the home environment, we rebranded as Keep Moving Health Group in 2016. Fuelled by a dedication to accessibility and independence, Louise and her husband Stuart expanded the team to include a range of allied health therapists, ensuring clients could receive holistic care in the comfort of their own homes.
Their unwavering dedication to enriching lives and simplifying healthcare drives every aspect of Keep Moving Health Group.

We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and caring team of allied health professionals working together to support our clients to remain independent in their own home.
